Thurnham with Glasson Parish Council are currently tendering for the position of Parish Lengthsman for the period April 2020 – March 2021.
The hours will be approximately 40-50 per year and will include general maintenance in the Thurnham/Glasson area.
Such duties will include grass cutting, vegetation clearance, litter control, painting and general repairs, especially the maintenance of seats and benches.
Anyone who wishes to do the work must provide their own tools/equipment and transport, and must also possess public liability insurance.
The cost of any materials required will be reimbursed by the Parish Council. Pay rate £14.00 per hour.
